Shipping Info: Items going to the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. This takes 2-3 working days.

Items going to the rest of the world will be sent using International Standard delivery. According to the Royal Mail website, you can expect delivery to Europe in 3-5 working days, and worldwide delivery in 6-7 working days.

Shipping is FREE worldwide.
Return Policy: If you are not happy your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund. However, you will need to cover the cost of return postage. Please contact me at carylarcher@gmail.com to arrange a return.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at carylarcher@gmail.com so I can arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

Exceptions:

In the case of handwritten letters, if the item is damaged beyond the ability to read it, I will send you a new one free of charge. However, if the damage is only superficial and you can still read the contents of the letter, this won't be eligible for a replacement.
